Home Owners Association (HOA)

The Board of Directors are local residents. Goodwin is our management company. All Homeowners have access to TownSq as part of our management agreement.

TownSq is a mobile app that allows residents to pay dues, submit requests, and communicate with the HOA. You can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
